The Work of the Trust
- As the project progresses, the Trust's role will change.
- The LBH will retain the freehold of the newly restored Town Hall and will lease the TownHall to the Trust.
- The Trust will be responsible for the governance and management of the Town Hall, its activities and its public spaces.
- It will be responsible for developing and managing the use of the new spaces the Town Hall will offer.
- As its role evolves, its membership will need to include the skills most appropriate to these responsibilities.
